Everything you need to know about our spraying, seeding, inspection, surveying, and cleaning services — pricing, process, and what to expect. Can't find your answer? Ask us directly.
We operate across four service lines: aerial spraying (herbicide, fungicide, insecticide), seeding & spreading (pasture, revegetation, fertiliser, fire ant bait, granular), inspection & surveying (roof and building inspection, infrastructure & asset, RTK survey and mapping, construction and volumetric), and drone cleaning (windows, facades, solar panels, signage and industrial structures). All work is CASA-certified and GPS-logged.
We work across South East QLD and Northern NSW — Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Warwick, Tweed, Byron, Ballina, and Lismore are all in our regular service area. For larger or multi-day jobs we'll travel further — contact us to check availability for your location.
Yes. We hold a CASA-issued Remote Operator's Certificate (REoC), a Remote Pilot Licence <25 kg, Aeronautical Radio Operator certification, and a QLD ground distribution contractor licence for chemical work. All flights are conducted under CASA regulations and we carry full public liability cover — certificates of currency are available on request.
Yes — across all four service lines. We're familiar with procurement requirements and can provide certificates of currency, safety management plans, pre-start risk assessments, and GPS-logged job records for compliance documentation. Reach out early in your planning cycle so we can accommodate any tendering or onboarding requirements.
We operate purpose-built drones for each service — heavy-lift multi-rotor platforms for spraying and spreading, high-resolution camera and thermal-capable platforms for inspection and RTK survey workflows, and specialised pure-water and soft-wash systems for cleaning. Everything is regularly maintained and calibrated.
We quote every job individually — there's no published rate card. Pricing depends on the work type (area for spraying/spreading, scope and complexity for cleaning and inspection), site conditions, deliverable requirements, and distance from the Gold Coast. Send through the details and we'll typically come back with a clear quote the same day.
We quote every job individually and will be upfront if something is too small to be cost-effective. Often small jobs can still be combined with nearby work to keep them affordable — get in touch and we'll give you a straight answer.
For spraying and spreading, no — we're a contract application service, so you (or your agronomist) supply the product and we apply it to your specification. For cleaning, we supply all consumables (pure water, soft-wash chemistry, etc.). For inspection and surveying, we supply all equipment and deliverables.
Yes. Once we have the key details we'll lock in a fixed price. We don't charge by the hour for standard jobs.
Occasionally — jobs that need additional risk assessments, specific exclusion zones, or extended compliance documentation can carry a small additional cost. We always flag this in your quote before you commit.
After you submit an enquiry we'll call you back to discuss the job, confirm scope and pricing, and set a date. Before we mobilise we'll complete a site risk assessment, confirm weather windows, and touch base on access and any site-specific requirements.
Each service has different limits. Spraying has product-label-driven wind and temperature thresholds (typically up to around 15 km/h). Cleaning, inspection, and surveying have broader windows but still avoid heavy rain, high wind, and poor visibility. If conditions change on the day we'll reschedule — no drama.
Ideally yes at the start — to confirm access, scope, boundaries, and any site-specific hazards. Once we're underway you don't need to stay. We'll call you when the job's complete or if anything needs your input.
We select nozzles and droplet sizes appropriate to the product and conditions, with coarser droplets where drift risk is higher. We observe label buffer distances from waterways, neighbouring land, and sensitive areas. Jobs are postponed if wind or weather falls outside the product label.
Depends on the service. Spraying typically covers 50–150 ha per day at standard rates. Spreading is similar. Cleaning and inspection vary widely with site complexity — a single building inspection might take an hour, a full RTK survey a half-day. We'll give you a realistic estimate in your quote.
Every flight is GPS-logged. For spraying and spreading you can get flight records showing coverage, timing, and application rate — suitable for agronomist review, compliance audit, or export certification. For inspection and surveying you get the agreed deliverables: high-resolution imagery, thermal reports, orthomosaics, contour maps, point clouds, or PDF inspection reports. For cleaning we provide before/after imagery on request.
Call us. We take quality seriously and will come back out to assess and discuss any concerns. We'd rather fix it than have an unhappy customer.
These are set by the product label and we'll advise the relevant intervals before we start. We don't apply products outside their registered label conditions.
Most inspection imagery and standard reports are with you within 24–48 hours. Larger RTK survey deliverables — orthomosaics, contours, 3D models — typically land within 3–5 business days depending on processing. Urgent turnarounds can be arranged.
